How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders with a subtotal of $125 or more will automatically receive free shipping during checkout. The subtotal is the order total before taxes and fees. There is no coupon code needed. Terms and conditions apply

How long does it take to receive my bag?
Expected delivery is 3-4 weeks on all orders (including those with expedited shipping). Once bag is ready to ship, expedited shipping will cut down on shipping timing

What characters are allowed on customizations?
Customized in Arial font with capital letters, numbers, and symbols of up to 15 characters (including spaces)

What phrases are allowed on bags?
All phrases are allowed on bags, except for situations involving profanity and hate speech

What is your return policy?
Klein Tools Canvas will allow returns up to 30 days from the shipping date due to material or product defect. You may not return this product due to any error or omission you have made in preparing your customization. The item should be in original quality & working condition.
